The Dimesse Sisters Daughters of Mary Immaculate is a Religious Congregation
founded by a Franciscan Fiar Ven. Fr. Anthony Pagani in the year 1579.
The Congregation was founded in Italy in the year 1579
at a time when sisters were supposed to be in cloister.

Background

Fr Anthony Pagani is an OFM priest born in 1526,
the only child of the parents the dad passed on when he was a young boy. The mother brought him up. He joined the Franciscan Fiars and was ordained as a priest.
